PLEASE READ FOLLOWING POLICIES
1) As we ship predominately UPS delivery please provide a physical shipping address during checkout (UPS will not delivery to P.O. Boxes).
2) NO WEEKEND and HOLIDAY delivery.
3) If P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO address is provided as the shipping address, your orders will be ship via USPS shipping service which will take longer than UPS shipping services.
4) If you need to change the shipping address, please update the shipping address at the checkout or send us a message via eCRATER's message system or via e-mail.
5) handling time will take 2 business days, but it will be ship within one business day.
6) We require an immediate payment via Paypal or Google Checkout..
8) Shipping charges are not refundable if item has been shipped out.
Unfortunately we do not currently offer international shipping service on our products. We use a variety of shipping carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. Additional Shipping Charge is required for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories, Possessions, and Protectorates. Items willbe ship through USPS shipping service which will take about 3~7 business days.
* Warranty Issues and manufacturer retrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. You will be notified after placing your order if we’re unable to ship specific items to the address you’ve selected.
We are not responsible for packages lost in shipment. We can attempt a claims process with the shipping company upon request. Retrieval or reimbursement is not guaranteed.
